LiveYoung is not a "house call weight loss clinic." We take our comprehensive, individualized, preventative medicine approach very seriously. Weight Loss can be very useful in Preventative Medicine, and we feel that many of our clients may benefit from hormone-assisted weight loss as one of many Preventative Medicine tools. Some clients may initially appear to be great candidates for our hormone-assisted Weight Loss Programs, but after some lifestyle modifications, including Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (when indicated), they may not require further weight loss. For this reason, LiveYoung generally reserves our hormone-assisted Weight Loss Plan for those clients who have had their Initial Comprehensive Consultation, their hormones balanced, and who still require further Weight Loss to get to their optimal weight and percent body fat. This process usually takes 4-6 months after initiation of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Please understand that hormone-assisted weight loss has NOT been approved by the FDA. Many experts believe that following the hormone-assisted diet, without the use of hormone assistance, would produce the same Weight Loss results due to the very significant Caloric Restriction followed on the diet.
